San Diego Prestige has the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. The operations manager, Rudy, and accounts executive, Alex Lopez, were the epitome of desperate used car salesmen. using sleazy tactics at every turn to get my business. One "high end" car company intimated they thought Prestige was out of business.
In every aspect of the lease, Prestige attempted to shift the burden of prospective problems and damages to the consumer. I never had the feeling that I was dealing with a reputable company and, needless to say, I went elsewhere to lease a car for my three day business trip. |
